Ingredients    1/2 cup granulated sugar  1/4 cup light brown sugar  1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon  1/2 tsp. kosher salt  1 large egg white  1 tsp. vanilla extract  1 lb. pecan halves (about 4 cups)  Instructions   Step 1  Preheat the oven to 300°F.
