Rushion’s Kitchen Cornbread Cake Recipe



Ingredients   


1 box of Betty Crocker yellow cake mix 

1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix  

4 large eggs  

1/3 cup of Non-dairy oat milk 

¼ cup vegetable oil  

1 cup of water 

 

Instructions 

 

Step 1 

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and spray your full 9x13 pan or large cast iron skillet with non-stick powder or non-dairy butter.   


Step 2 

Add your Betty Crocker yellow cake mix, Jiffy corn muffin mixes, eggs, milk, and oil in a large mixing bowl. 


Step 3 

Mix together ingredients until well combined. 


Step 4 

Pour batter into greased baking dishes. 


Step 5 

Bake 40 minutes
